RISE Global Health
If you can turn away from the headlines for a moment, there's actually a lot of good going on in the world. Yet, with so much opportunity to create change, today's non profit needs to stand out to attract funding, volunteers, and strategic partnerships.
Background
I was commissioned by RISE Global Health Initiative to accompany them on a medical mission along with a team of medical professionals from Eden Medical Center just outside of San Francisco.
Volume 1 “Stigma”
was created to illustrate the need of the people, the current situation on the ground so that you, or the rest of our intended audience can connect with the impact having epilepsy has in culture that associates such conditions with the supernatural.
Volume 2:“Empower”
created to bring attention to the sustainable model I believe, NGO's who work internationally will need to adopt. A model that RISE Global Health Initiative, has put into practice so that the effects of their work continue to bear fruit long after health care professionals leave back to their home countries.
